Do you want to learn and grow but find the weekends at RiverTree just aren't “enough” for you and you are not plugged into a Life Group yet?

Community Groups are studies that are designed for the average RiverTree attendee to connect with others, develop relationships, and grow by studying God’s word. Each study lasts 8 to 13 weeks and will be held at RiverTree, Portage. Community Groups will give you the opportunity to meet other folks at RiverTree and form Life Groups that will continue the growth process.

Have You Ever Considered Adopting? Adoption raises many questions...
How do I begin?
How can we afford it?
How will our extended family react?
How will it impact the children we already have?
Can I love an adopted child the same as a biological child?
And most importantly, is adoption even what God wants for our lives?
Hosted by couples who have already wrestled with this process, we now have a "Considering Adopting" community group designed to bring you and your spouse together with other couples to examine God's perspective on many of these questions. You will then have the option to continue to meet with others who have adopted, are in the process of adopting, or just considering adoption. November 13 - "Feed the Babies" Taking baby-related donations for the RiverTree Food Pantry

December 11 - "Jesus' Birthday Party" and "Project Pillows" for foster care children

January 8, 2010

February 12 - "Teddy Bear Picnic" and "Snuggles for Seniors"

March 12

April 9

May 14 - "Moms Matter" and "Project Baby Care" for the Pregnancy Support Center

June 11 - "Summer Play Date" at Jackson Park 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

We do not meet in July and August due to summer vacation.
